End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

AYOUB MAMOUNI ("

Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MaSender software ("the Software") subject to the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA").

1.1 License Scope

• Personal Use: Use on any number of devices you personally own
• Commercial Use: Use for business purposes including email marketing campaigns
• Multi-Device: Install on multiple computers/devices under your control
• Lifetime Updates: Receive all future updates at no additional cost

2. License Key and Activation

2.1 Purchase and Delivery

• License keys are sold for $13.99 USD through Gumroad
• Keys are delivered electronically after successful payment
• Each license key is unique and tied to your purchase
• Activation is performed offline on your device

2.2 Activation Requirements

• Valid license key required to unlock full functionality
• One-time activation process per installation
• No ongoing internet connection required after activation
• Activation data stored locally on your device

3. Permitted Uses

• This license grants usage rights only, not ownership

• Third-party licenses are included with the software distribution
